adventures!

So, I'm off to INDIA for a few weeks in January! I'll be visiting loads of spice markets, restaurants, and learning how to cook some proper authentic North Indian cuisine, so check back here in February for a load of delicious things from our adventures!

taste and testing

For me, great cookery is all about experimentation! Be it creating a new recipe, trying a restaurant for the first time, or working out how to get the best from an ingredient you've never even heard of before.

Here, I'd like to share with you the results of my more successful experiments - I hope you enjoy them.I'd love to hear from you about your successful (and hopefully delicious) results.

Keep an eye out in the news section for information about my upcoming pop-ups and other events in the local area, plus a few features on some of the amazing foodie people I've been lucky enough to meet!
